Registry Days 2024: Joint presentation by UMG and RKI on ‘Record linkage in the research network and in national projects’

The Registry Days 2024 took place in Berlin from 16.05.-17.05.2024. The organizer was the Technology and Methods Platform for Networked Medical Research (TMF e. V.). The University Medicine Greifswald (Christopher Hampf) and the Robert Koch Institute (Anna Lübbe) were invited to take a closer look at the topic of “Record linkage in the research network and in national projects” and to go into more detail on the special features and differences of THS offices and trust offices in the context of medical research.

In addition to the conceptual classification, different implementation models (local, central and federated) were explained and a first insight into the model project “Genome sequencing according to § 64e SGB V” was provided, for which the trust center is being established at the Robert Koch Institute (RKI).
