Revision of the latest bugfix releases of E-PIX and gICS

Due to an incompatible version of the two modules “Notification Client” and “Notification Service” in the releases of E-PIX and gICS provided at the end of January, it was necessary to replace these modules and compile a new revision of the releases with the same content, but including a few dependency updates.
